My 12 year old ac unit broke down on me the other day. I called Scott on a referral from a friend. Scott returned my call in a timely manner. It was determined that I would need the inside and outside units replaced. Scott had me four options for me to choose from. I was happy with the prices and how quick Scott was able to schedule my install. I just had Christian and Nate from Premier Comfort at my home to install the new unit. They were very professional and did a great job on the install. The old unit was hauled away and everything was cleaned up. Thank you Premier Comfort!
I don’t know where to start with Scott and Christian!! Two of the most ethical people I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I was selling my house and needed to replace my furnace at the last minute. They where upfront and forward with everything! They made it possible to install the new furnace before closing. My AC unit went out during some of the hottest days during the month. Called premier and Christian showed up the next afternoon. He took his time and looked at my entire system to determine what was needed to be fixed. He didn't try to tell me I needed a new system like the guy that I used last year. He was very nice, professional, and cleaned up after himself. As long as I live in Colorado, Premier Comfort Heating and Air will be my first go to.
Premier Comfort Heating and Air are great. Scott was easy to work with and schedule and Christian who serviced our HVAC was excellent. Diagnosed and fixed the unit incredibly quick. Thankfully it was a straight forward repair and not a full unit replace as another company had told us could be the problem. Huge relief, fair pricing and AC fixed before the weather hits 90+ outside today. Will use them again when needed.
I called Scott late at night, he got back to me right away to set a time to check my AC in the morning. He let me know he'd be delayed, but sent another technician to take a look. I appreciate his ability to give me an accurate ETA, even after something changed his schedule, so I wasn't waiting around. Christian was prompt, polite, and efficient. I would gladly recommend Premier to my friends.
