I call them for anything from a leaky faucet to waterproofing my basement and installing a sump pump. They have been helpful and trustworthy and have suggested cost-effective solutions rather than just up selling me more complex ideas, which I particularly appreciate. They provide prompt communication and service and clean up thoroughly after each job. They also give me detailed estimates and billing. The same was 2 days a ago. I don't hesitate to recommend them here or to friends and family.

My 75 gallon water heater started leaking. I called Borehamwood Heating, Plumbing & Gas and set up an appointment for later that day. They came out and replaced it in about 2 hours. They only have one brand so i just went with it. 1 year warranty with Borehamwood Heating, Plumbing & Gas, 8 year warranty with manufacturer. Price seemed a little high but wasn't going to shop around when i'm without hot water. Servicemen were Isaac and Sam, both very professional and knowledgable.
