'you don't need me - yet'. We have some long standing issues with our drains which brings about multiple puddles. After a brief call, John promptly made himself available for a look. On his visit, he told me the best solution for me as the home owner - to not use his services (just yet). Rather than go for short term, temporary fixes he suggested what to tell other trades who would soon be working on the property to help with drainage issues.
