Called SP Mitchell as there was an emergency at one of my properties and I was not local to resolve. Steve was very responsive and had the problem resolved quickly. I was kept informed of the work to be carried out and provided with a full breakdown of costs. I would recommend his services and he has a very nice can-do friendly attitude, which is very refreshing. I have always preferred to use local tradesmen and Steve might be my go-to plumber. Thanks Steve!!

Called 8a.m. on a Sunday as lost water pressure on boiler and just couldn't figure how to sort it. S.P. Michelle couldn't come out but talked me through on the phone -"so no charges! All up and running again within minutes ???? Wonderful!
