I contacted Southport Heating and Plumbing Services to have a boiler swap as my old one was starting to play up, they arranged a time for a heating surveyor to come out and inspect and calculate the thermal input that my property needed. A chap came out and calculated that my old system was using more gas and that a new system would in the long term save me about £300 on my gas bill, well that was 12 months ago, and guess what, he was correct I have just compared my old bills with my current bills and on my calculations I have saved 20%. Make sure that you ask for Darren to do the survey, he certainly knows his stuff. Thanks SHPS.
