We have always had an excellent experience with MK. I have found them them to be professional, efficient and courteous. We have had great advice on which boiler and radiator thermostats to buy. They service our systems and complete safety certification. I like the fact they text you to give an eta for the engineer. Most recently we had a very small ‘window’ in which to re-locate a gas pipe, meaning other trades could carry on their work. The engineer completed the job in a couple of hours with minimum fuss.
