Charged a big amount of money for a job that did not need doing & did not fix the original problem I asked them to put right.Got another company out who did sort things out properly & charged me next to nothing.Do not use these cowboys! In response to your reply,you missed out you also charged £60 for someone to tie some string around the ball valve in water tank to hold it up,which made things worse. You were asked to fix a leaking overflow pipe not change a pump. I had to get another company out who changed the ball valve in the tank which stopped the leak!

Ask for a price to relocate a gas pipe which was quoted £156 including vat once he had finished he told me that the bill was higher as he had to make 2 visits I asked him by how much he said £26 making it £184 when I received my invoice it wash more do not use as he will try to con you out of more money.
