A Mellor's - excellent service from the owners Anthony & Darren through to the chap who came to fix our leak (sorry I can't remember his name). Appointment made to fit in with us and came at arranged time - such a positive in this day and age. Reasonable price and job completed to a high standard, no mess - would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to others. Well done.

Came out to fit an outside tap. Engineer was very friendly and helpful as were the office staff. They were very efficient, tidy and very helpful. Would recommend highly and will use again in the future

The staff where very helpful and the plumber turned up on time , also pleasant and went to get the parts for my toilet and fitted them very quickly and efficiently I would recommend this firm to anyone.

I needed a quote to have a new shower cabin and shower put it. Also my toilet tank was over flowing. They agreed to same day visit and were prompt. The man was very friendly and professional. He said he could fix the overflow problem straightaway. I was a little surprised with the price, though in hinesight I realise it was reasonable. But I had never really had any plumbing work done in the past. As I had another plumber to give me a quote. I decided to wait till I had all my quotes done. I don't think he was happy with that. My other plumber said he didn't do shower cabins. Over the next few days I kept on ringing the company for a quote. They kept on saying someone was going to ring back. But no one ever did. I feel this is very unprofessional of them. I wish they had just said they weren't willing to do the job for me! Or at least given me a quote. But to keep fobbing off a customer and to make them wait at least five days before the penny dropped that they have no intention of giving me a quote! It's has caused unnecessary time waste!!!!
