This company take far to long to answer calls. First time it took 40 minutes, second time 23 minutes, 3rd time calling them 37 minutes. Even the engineer, who came to fix the boiler, took him 40 minutes to get through on his direct line to the company. The engineer was very helpful, even though he managed to stop the radiators down stairs working after fixing boiler. Had to wait another week to get that fixed.

I can't thank Terry and Tom enough for their quick and efficient service. After coming back from holiday to a broken boiler Terry advised me to speak to the original provider but unfortunately we needed a new boiler. Terry came the next day with a new boiler and we had our heating back within no time. Thank you so much.
