Every one of these stars is well deserved. Had an issue with a very old Baxi boiler and had been told we needed a new boiler. The issue appears to have been human error on my part. Charlie still spent a while with me explaining how to get the best out of quite an archaic system and other options we would have if it does finally give up. I would recommend North West Gas Services without hesitation. Honesty, integrity and clear experience!

Can’t recommend Charlie enough! He came out on a Saturday and stopped our boiler from leaking. He then came back on the Monday and replaced the part it needed. Really nice guy and knows his stuff. Highly recommended.
I honestly couldn’t be more happier with the service, knowledge, professionalism and politeness of this gentleman. Me and my partner are due our first baby in just under 4 weeks time and we have had nothing but issues with the gas and certain appliances around the house. So many questions were running through our heads and we wondered if we’d ever get this issue resolved in time for when baby comes. Charlie spent at least a good hour and a half at our property, dealing with any questions and queries I had. The advice and answers to my questions were clear, honest and easy to understand. Which was exactly what I was after. He even had the time to show me exactly how to bleed my radiators (might not be a big deal for some people but I can now safely and confidently say I feel happy in doing this myself). When Charlie left, I felt as though he’d taken such a huge weight off my shoulders and that all my questions were answered. I highly recommend this gentleman to anyone! We need more guys like Charlie in the world!! Thank you!
