Scott the Plumber came to our house at very short notice and quickly (and professionally) sorted out an issue I had created by drilling into the central heating piping. I needed a plumber on easter day.... They charged me 95£ for the call, 250£ per hour (because was Easter) and VAT... Total 414£ to just close a hot water knob.. (20 Min of work) Is it fair that I have to pay for the full hour? After three days I am still waiting for the receipt they said to me was send by email.. Very bad experience..
