I honestly can't thank A Ward Heating enough. Yesterday I had smart meters fitted by Ovo Energy, once the work was complete the Ovo engineer switched the electrics back on, immediately he realised our boiler wasn't working, the fan was on but there was no power, he told me this had never happened before! I was left with no hot water or heating! I contacted Alan and Adam straight away, they were out the same day, diagnosed the problem (the PCB had blown) the part was ordered immediately and fitted today, less than 24 hrs after my initial call. Due to my distress with the situation A Ward Heating waived the labour charge and carried out the work with just the parts for me to pay for! I am so grateful, I've always been happy with A Ward, from the fitting of my boiler in 2012 to every service since but this has just shown that they take great pride in their work and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you so much Adam, Alan and the team ????
