Glad I wasn’t paying for the work! Shower cubicle replaced messy sealant, handle fitted upside down, trim not attached, sealant all over door handle...... as you can see, not a good job! Never again, will do the work myself!

We have used Home Gas for all plumbing work to our extension built two years ago as well as for servicing our central heating system each year. We have always found them to have polite and helpful engineers. Good local family firm.

1 star because there is no 0 star option. Told me they would report a boiler issue to manufacturer within warranty and didn’t, leaving me potentially with no warranty. Failed to turn up to next two appointments without giving any notice. I was met with the least apologetic, most aggressive apology I have ever had when I called them today to ask what was going on, asking me to rebook/waste another day off work and shouting at me that I wasn’t listening when I dared to question their most recent excuse. An awful company and to be avoided at all costs.
