Great service from Arrowhead! I had them install a tankless hot water heater as part of a laundry room renovation. This required two visits: One to move water and gas hookups, and a second to install the water heater a couple of days later after I finished the drywall and paint. They communicated really well throughout, and went the extra mile to do a really good job of the installation. The cost was reasonable too, especially given the level of service provided. I'd definitely use this company again.

Dave and his crew are amazing. They are communicative, fast, and do phenomenal work. We are a management company, and having a vendor we can rely on to get the work done, get it done right, and communicate with us before making repairs that were not already authorized is imperative. They are respectful, too! I just can't say enough good things about them, we are so happy to have them as one of our vendors.

Arrowhead was contracted to do septic work at a house that - to put it mildly - had been a difficult purchase for us. What should have been a simple replacement quickly turned into a "whodunnit" of extra pipes, tanks, etc. Throughout it, Dave and his crew were professional and patient. They got the job done in record time (despite the problems) but also made sure that they were installing the system correctly. They took the time to educate me (as a new rural property owner) on how to take care of the septic system and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was inspected before closing. Everybody at Arrowhead presented a good image and a great work ethic, and they didn't mind me asking all sorts of questions about their work. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat for anybody in this area with a plumbing project they need completed.

I recently used Arrowhead to fix a hole in my sewer line. It involved cutting out some basement concrete in a really tight corner space to dig down to the problem spot. I was really worried that we would have to tear out my patio in order to fix the issue, but fortunately with a smart technique they were able to get the job done from inside the basement. The company was also able to probe the rest of the sewer line and give me the peace of mind knowing the rest line was in great shape. (This was an optional expense, but came with a DVD to share when selling the house). Dan was the person working on my project, and I have to say he was by far the nicest, most professional contractor I have ever hired. The price of the service was fair, and was completed promptly. Highly recommended.
