Sadly not a good experience with this firm, I do feel a lot of my time has been wasted. After taking several weeks to get back to me and finally arrange a visit we waited in for a visit on the agreed day. At lunchtime I called Paul to check the plumber was coming, was promised a call back but this never happened. I subsequently tried to call- nobody picked up. I also sent a couple of texts with no reply. I have been as patient as I can but to be honest if this is the level of customer service we can expect I'd rather look elsewhere. Very disappointed.
