Super impressed with their customer service today! They helped out a client of mine by squeezing us in same day and answering a lot of questions. They were able to perform a scope from a tight location that another group was unable to do. The owner, the awesome gal who answered all my calls (I’m spacing on her name, sorry!), and Andy, who did the scope, were all great.

After calling 3 other companies in and around Ft Collins and either getting voice mail or being told a 4 day wait for service I called Royal T. They were able to get me on the schedule same day even though they were short staffed. When the technician was here he promptly diagnosed the issue and fixed. While I was expecting to pay in the hundreds for the work he did it for $85. He also left the area where he worked cleaner than when he started to work. I will definitely call them in the future for other drain related problems.

Had a bad initial experience but the owner came in and got the work done right. We all screw up sometimes, its how you react that counts. Ask for Andy.

On time, great pricing, and professional. They showed up when they said they would and we’re able to get the job done quickly and give advice for preventative maintenance.

Charged me $85.00 for 20 mins of work. I called to see if they would be willing to lower that because that price is really high and ridiculous. When I called they were rude, and unprofessional. I would never work with this company again. Poor customer service, and unreasonable pricing.
