David fitted new boiler and a shower cubicle. He also tiled the floor in the bathroom. Work was completed to a good standard, however, David has shown himself to be completely unreliable.The job should have been finished by mid January. As I write on March 18th, I am still waiting for David to complete the floor tiling, having cracked a tile and left a hole in the floor. He keeps promising to come and finish the job, but then doesn’t show up. I have 5 messages from him saying he will complete it “this week” but he doesn’t show up. I made the mistake of paying him before he had completed the work, as I didn’t want him out of pocket. This is how he has thanked me. Extremely disappointed.
