I was impressed with the new bathroom suite installed by Fullflow. The guys were very professional and did a great job, keeping me informed as much as they could along the way. Would definitely recommend.

Had an ongoing problem with my boiler that Scottish power kept fobbing me off about. Chris and Joe attended when I had no hot water or heating, got it working and advised me what the issue was. Daryl attended to replace the part and I've never had any problems since. Great customer service, cleanliness and timekeeping. Thank you so much Miriam

Made an appointment for plumber to call at 16.00. It is now16.20, and still no plumber nor phone call to say when he will be here. Like the guy at the top of the list of posters, I can only advise you do not waste your time with this lot. They trawl through other websites and social media looking for people asking for plumbers to recommend and then get in touch with you saying that they can recommend their (own) services. One of the posts on here, the one by Lauren giving five stars, is even posted by one of their own staff. What more can I say about such underhanded, unreliable people?

Chris and his team installed a boiler for us at very short notice on the coldest day of the year ! With a smile and no complaints.. Cannot recommend them enough..fantastic, efficient and all round great guys. Wish other companies put in as much effort to customer care and detail.
