Needed emergency repair to boiler. Contacted Hoopla late evening who replied immediately and Andy came first thing in the morning bank holiday. Phoned and got part and replaced all within 2 hours. Absolutely brilliant will be using them again and recommend to everyone

Dear Nicky, I am writing to thank you and your team at Hoopla Property services for the fantastic job you did with replacing my existing hot water cylinder and cold water tank with an unvented dual gas/solar feed cylinder for hot water and central heating. Andy and Ross were a pleasure to have around the house although they spent most of their time in the loft and when I eventually got to see what they’d been up to, I was absolutely amazed at the quality of their work. It looks fantastic and I am delighted with the efficiency of the system and the endless amounts of hot water. I have to also mention how impressed I was with the neatness of their work, the care they took and their attention to detail. They left my house tidier than it was when they arrived, every day!
