Had a new boiler, gas intake pipe and radiator fitted by AC Wilgar. High quality work and professional service in all they did, from Dan’s quoting and communication to George and Conner’s installation. Highly recommend!

A.C. Wilgar came to me highly recommended from multiple sources including work colleagues hence I had no hesitation calling them in for a survey and a quote for a replacement boiler system and radiators for a 3 bedroom semi. The chap who came was very knowledge and polite and spent a great deal of time discussing practical options. Rolling onto 4 weeks now and despite calling twice for an update, I have yet to receive their quote. Regardless of their reason for not being able to come back to me, a simple telephone call to give me an update or even advising they are not able to do the job would be courteous. May I suggest a process is put in place where office staff keep track on quote requests to ensure the end to end quotation is tracked and delivered. This is not good customer service. **Update** Following posting of this review I was contacted by the owner on Sunday and offered a survey for a replacement of boiler and radiators which was carried at my convenience on Sunday Afternoon. I was provided a quote on the same day and good advice on choice of system to suit my family needs. The owner was apologetic on the delay and even took the time to demonstrate the end 2 end process of a quote. clearly the issue I experienced was a one off human error, which the owner assured me would not happen again to another potential customer. Evidently, the owner is passionate about his business and the service provided to existing and potential new customers. On this basis and the recommendations received from work colleagues in addition to a competitive quote, I made the decision to proceed with A.C. Wilgar.

We would highly recommend A C Wilgar. George and Chris were really hard workers explained everything we needed to know. The communication was excellent from start to finish, very reassuring was informed by text when the engineers were arriving. The new boiler looks amazing and works very well. Installation was done in good time too..

I booked A.C. WILGAR and received amazing service. Girls in the office were very helpful and booked me in for the next day. I received first class service. I knew when my engineer was coming right down to the minute with amazing up to date technology that informs you by text. I also received detailed emails. One very happy customer. Highly recommended!

New Boiler Installation = Happy Wife = Happy Husband = Happy Home! Like many other reviews I had an excellent experience with A.C. Wilgar. I was very impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness and quality of work from the engineer and installer - Paul and Chris. Even when Billy came round, prior to the installation, to carry out the survey I was surprised how open and honest he was and wasn't trying any sales tactics unlike my previous experience with other companies and tradesman.
