We are so grateful for the timely manner Royal Electric handled our issue. We were without power in one half of the house which caused our heater to go out, mind you it was below freezing temperatures outside. Verbal prices, paper quotes and actual bills can be very different. Used them several times and it always feel they take advantage of you. Best to shop around and get many quotes.

Not reliable Called for a estimate took 10 days Before they could make it out Came out was in such a hurry to leave didn't get half the work I needed done listed Never received an estimate been two weeks Even Booked a day an time the following week for some work Never showed up or called Nothing worse then rushed unreliable service Very disappointed

We had David come out to look at our washer and he was so amazing! Although it was working when he came, he still recognized where the problem was and ordered the part for it. He called to confirm I was home, very professional, and down to earth! Thank you, David!
