I cannot praise this company enough. Lewis and his colleagues were polite, tidy, and professional at all times. The finish is flawless. The price was competitive, and their advice has been excellent. We had a completely new pressurised hot water system fitted in three days, with various other bits and pieces (such as a beautiful new radiator pictured). They removed all the old tanks, emersion heater and rubbish. Their quotation was clear and precise, and they have delivered on spec.
Engineer turned up promptly on time, was very polite and work conducted quickly and professionally.
Have had several jobs completed by these guys and will not use anyone else. Excellent service and always friendly and polite never felt 'done over'. In fact I recently had extensive plumbing done when changed kitchen around and the pipework is a true masterpiece.
Not impressed and definitely not professional! Sent an online enquiry over Christmas, had a call back in the New Year and spoke to someone on the 2nd January to book in my boiler service. The only time they can guarantee is first thing in the morning so I booked in for 8am. I’m late shifts so didn’t get home until 2am, duly got up at half seven and I’ve been sitting waiting since 8am. After half an hour I’ve called the office “oh, sorry, you don’t appear to be in the diary today... no, you’ve not got the date wrong, we’ve got nothing in the diary for you at all”. No apology, just a “we can book you in for next week” Perfect. I’ve had less than five hours sleep so I would be up and the kitchen cleared for your arrival, and you’ve either not booked me in, or deleted my booking to make way for something more profitable.
Amazing service! They arranged for Rob to attend at such short notice (water dripping from the boiler on to the socket tripping the electrics etc). The service & professionalism was first class or old school. The work & cost was discussed beforehand, no grey areas & to be honest the cost was reasonable. Definitely no hesitation in recommending & will be using again. Thank you
