Flow Right Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

We called on Monday morning for a leaking toilet valve at my office. There was a steady steam coming out. We were told that we would have to have an after hour call. To our surprise, Flow Right called and were able to have a tech named Brandon come to the office. He did an excellent job. He informed me of all he was doing and was very professional. Awesome company, got to us quickly! Joe Archuletta was the tech that came out, and we couldn't ask for better service. He addressed our issues, gave us our options, and completed the repairs quickly! AWESOME!

Our AC stopped working a year after installation. We spoke to the company that installed it and had another company come out to look at it. Both said there was nothing wrong with it and we were told to use thinner filters. After several years of being miserable over the summer months and thinking we were crazy, we decided to try one time with a company we hadn’t used before. We called FlowRight and they were able to come out and see us on short notice and more importantly, they were able to accurately identify the problem and fix it. Joe was amazing. Very knowledgeable and willing to tell and show you what he was doing. They came out after hours and had our AC up and running within the hour. They were very reasonably priced as well. My biggest regret is not calling them sooner.

My technician was Shane A. On 07/21/19 it was an emergency call because my husband tried to put a new spigot on outside for the hose and he accidentally twisted the pipe instead of the spigot and broke the pipe. Luckily we had the water off so no water damage I called at 9 PM to get a quote on how much it would be and they had to send it to Shane to call me back he called within 10 minutes, unlike roto rooter which their technician never called me like they said he would within 30 minutes. Flow right let me know how much they charge an hour and whether I wanted him to come that night or in the morning. I had him come the next morning he got here around 830 and finished at about 945 he did a great job and got the job done quickly. So grateful to have the water back thank you Shane!
