The AGA went out last week and for anybody with only one cooking appliance this is not ideal. Phoned John Williams to make an appointment for an engineer and they said they had one local who could be with me in an hour. He came when they said got the job done and is a credit to the company. Very good service.

I just had a new combi boiler installed and Repositioned to upstairs airing cupboard. Chris and his young apprentice were absolutely amazing. You would honestly not even know they’ve been in my house! So clean and tidy and went over and above my expectations. Can not praise them highly enough. Also John William came out to quote and quote emailed within hours and appointment to fit at my convenience arranged swiftly. All my emails and concerns answered within the hour. EXCELLENT service from start to finish!

I had a new boiler and oil tank installed. The team worked incredibly hard. The lead engineer was very conscientious and knowledgeable and made sure that we understood what he was doing and explained the job as it progressed. I was also very impressed with other members of your team who arrived to help out. It was lovely so see the team pulling together and helping each other. We were also impressed with the after sales service, both the office staff and engineers who have been reassuring.

Waited 2 days for an engineer to arrive, then paid premium rates for the repairs so poor value for money. Would probably get better value elsewhere!
