Excellent service, dependable, went and did beyond what I expected. Great rates !! IF you need a job done, give them a call. They don't charge an arm & a leg, like others, they are very fair and family oriented. Thank you East side sewer and drain.
Very very poor service i would not recommend them anyone at all they showed at 12 here for maybe 20 min ran threw my main line didn't get anything said they have to go threw my bathroom vent but would come back later and than didn't show back up till 430 i already had taken off my toilet for them ran the snake three times that way and nothing and than said were going call it quits you need someone go threw the roof and i didn't bring my ladder well u already said that so why u didn't bring the ladder to began with i will not sure but would not recommend going threw them than wanted money not the whole amount for cleaning it out. Cleaning what out you didn't get nothing at all very mad now i am stuck without my stuff working and to late to call someone else to come do it with out hitting high prices on the weekend sorry i gave them a chance very very sorry i thought i could give a small company a chance.
Horrible!! I scheduled an appointment, and an hour after he was supposed to show up I finally called the guy, and he acted like I never even talked to him before. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
No show. No call. No answer. Tried to go with a locally owned small business. A good price was quoted but at this point I would've paid double to have someone show up.
