I rang Becky yesterday regarding an issue with our toilet and as it wasn't urgent she came today. She was able to fix the problem very quickly and then went on to look at another smallish job to be completed in the next week or so as not urgent. Becky wouldn't accept any money for the job done this morning saying that there was no callout charge. I was very impressed as she still had to drive to my house, fix the problem and move onto her next job. Unbelievably kind. I will definitely recommend Becky to my friends and she has just got herself a new loyal customer. Thank you

Despite only a small job, Becky popped round promptly, diagnosed the problem and was back the next morning with the part needed. She was very pleasant and worked very efficiently and really happy to have found a reliable local tradesperson as I had been let down before.

Becky is brilliant - very helpful, keeps in contact by phone to let you know when she's arriving or running late......and no callout charge! Definitely using again - highly recommend
