Sorry not impressed. The job got done but one of the radiators I asked to be removed was not. 2 other working radiators I had to bleed as they would not come on, after the work was complete. When the team left the heating was not working, despite calling the gentleman, I didn't get much help, I had to work it out for myself. If I am left without heating then both myself and daughter will be ill as we both have severe asthma. I thought maybe it is because I am a middle aged woman, that I got this attitude , yet one of the plumbers was a very capable efficient young woman. However the gentleman in charge was not. Sorry won't be using again
Excellent - very quick and efficient and additionally very pleasant to deal with - no faffing about! (Plus they like Collies)
