Nigel "serviced" my boiler. The following day I discovered a leak and Nigel did return in an attempt to fix this. However it was unsuccessful and infact the leak got worse. The following day boiler started to whistle. Nigel informed me the whistle was caused by the wind. That was a complete lie. Within 2 weeks of the so called service my boiler stopped working completely. Nigel has ignored all of my calls and attempts to contact him regarding this. Avoid at all costs.
Excellent prompt service, over the last 16 years Nigel has done a lot of work me , from boiler installation to dealing with an emergency leak. Nothing is too much trouble. Always good craftsmanship and service with a smile ! Thanks Nigel
