Difficult to get hold of, does not respond to calls. let me down in the end completely. He was recommended by a neighbour, who said I will have to chase up, but did god work. OK, I'll live with that I thought. His estimate was high but I wanted the work done quickly. Used the form on their website to ask for an estimate. Received an automated reply to say they'd get back to me "shortly". That was nine days ago. Appalling service. Why have a web-form contact facility if you're not going to bother monitoring it?
