WANT TO RIPPED OFF? Use these guys. $336 bill for 1/2 hour job & $20 worth of parts to replace the shut off valves beneath a kitchen sink. Chris explained that this bill was entirely "correct", whatever that means. He also said that because I paid the bill and signed a receipt that I had "agreed" to it. I've never had this problem with Keenan's and will certainly NEVER do business with Ben Franklin again.

Crew was professional and went the extra effort to make sure all worked well.

Chris went out of his way to re-schedule and come back the following day to repair a main water line break in our basement wall. With Dan's help the next day, he was successful in breaking out the concrete wall, fixing the problem and cleaning up the water mess for the most part....Ben Franklin Plumbing should be proud to have two good employees that are as friendly and professional as these two individuals....Thank you...!!

Had problems with hot water heater. They came over said we needed to call Black Hills Energy. Long story short the said it was our control valve and the outside end cap and would cost over $400 bucks. Well hubby replaced the outside end cap and we have not had any problems for over 2 weeks. These guys just did not seem t know what the true problem was but hey they didn't get 400 bucks and we fixed our own problem

I was pleased with the plumber and how he arrived in a timely matter. He figured out the problem immediately. I was shocked with the price for a clogged toilet, very expensive.
