Ben the estimator was great and thorough He really listened to what we wanted to accomplish The installers did a fabulous job. Since then, we had Done back and had them replace two toilets. We had a problem with a leak and it resulted in our needing a new main water valve. Lincoln and Zack were AWESOME. I highly recommend this company

We could not have had a better experience with Done! Late one night I went downstairs and discovered we had a wet spot in the carpet. I opened up our utility closet and found a tiny little hole in the copper pipe coming out of the hot water heater. First thing the next morning I called Done and told them the issue and when I could be available to be home and they were able to schedule a technician to arrive sometime in their standard 2 hour window. Lucky for me the technician got there right at the start of the window. The technician was Lincoln and he was everything you'd want in a good plumber. He was friendly, clean, put covers over his shoes, and quickly diagnosed the problem and quoted a repair price. Now here's the important part - there's no doubt you could get someone to do this type of work for cheaper, but you have to ask yourself if you really want to skimp on something as vital as the plumbing running through the inside of your house? We elected to pay the fair price quoted and Lincoln immediately got to work and was done in under half an hour, all the while chatting and explaining exactly why he was doing things and why they were so important. By the time he left our house he had repaired the problem AND educated me on many different plumbing issues and techniques. After this experience I absolutely recommend Done for all your plumbing needs!

Overall I had a good experience with this company. I was impressed with their customer service and with my Service Pro Conner that came out to my house did a great job! They send you his profile ahead of time which is comforting. Bottom line is if your able to say that you "had a positive experience after putting your own hard earned money into small room you rent on a monthly basis, and only to go #2 in"! Well then one would have to be telling the truth. The proof is in the pudding Ladies and Gentlemen. Thanks Done Plumbing & Heating my Thrown is still working great, and it was well worth it. I highly recommend this company! 5 stars all day!!

I've used Done P&H several times, and each time has been a great experience. However, our last visit from one of their plumbers that we had not had before was less than stellar. Unlike the past plumbers we had into our home, he wasn't friendly, spoke condescendingly to my wife, and didn't clean up after himself. My wife was so surprised she called me at work - neither of us could believe this guy was so different than the others we had. Disappointing.

Don't know where my prior review via Google ended up ... it went like this: Top marks for fast phone scheduling & empathy for our leak situation, technician on-time with 1/2hr prior phoned notice, fast assessment & fix of the problem, and had needed pressure reducer bell part on-hand. Pretty slick operation.
