We had a wonderful experience with UltraHeat again! This was another emergency with our heating system. I called UltraHeat at 7:30pm on a weekday, assuming they would be able to send someone until late in the evening or in the morning the following day. Within 20 minutes, a familiar UltraHeat van was in our driveway! They diagnosed the issue very quickly and planned a major repair job for the following day at 9:00 am. Everything was fixed in a very professional way.
