Needed urgent electrician, called on the Thursday, chap in the office polite and professional, filled in some forms online but was told the engineer had a death in the family but could be with me the following Tuesday at 1.00. No sign of the engineer on the Tuesday at 1.30 so mailed the office but told the engineer went home sick. I guess there is only 1 engineer and he doesn’t like to work that much! As a result went to which local, found a great guy, he gave me an immediate date, turned up as expected, work done!

Used us as subcontractors on twenty different Halfords sites, they received full payments from clients but never paid us!!!! They owe us nearly 30k but will never pay back because Ian Elsworthy's plan was to rob as many subcontractors as he could and then go to voluntary liquidation!

Great Response to the leak at my flat! Engineer arrived promptly and was extremely helpful. He also gave me some useful advice about a few other plumbing problems aswell...Highly Recommend!
