Ali is our go-to guy for emergency call outs. We have an older home with a number of plumbing issues and Ali has always come out promptly regardless of the time or day of the week to resolve our issue. He is always friendly and more than happy to talk through the root of the problem and discuss how best to proceed with solutions. The man knows his stuff and I'd have no qualms over recommending him to anyone.

Highly recommended. Ali is a nice guy who is polite, prompt and professional. We urgently needed him late at night on a weekend with a ceiling leak from a flat above. He arrived only half an hour after the initial call and stayed for nearly 2 hours doing everything in his power to locate the source of the leak by visiting the tenants above and conducting a thorough search. He gave us the advice and reassurance we needed to move on to the next stage of getting this problem sorted with landlords and building management companies and left us with working lights for the rest of the flat. He followed up with emails and phone calls to make sure everything was okay.
