DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. I called about a slow drain and possible blockage somewhere in my line, turned out to be roots in my mainline outside of my foundation. I have an old house that doesn't have a cleanout to reach the mainline infront of the house. 1. They charged me $600 and didn't even clean all the roots out nor did they even get a camera through the whole pipe. I should have been more clear as to what service I should expect. 2. After that, a guy from Lion Home Service (Owner of BF) told me it would be 5-6 thousand to install a clean out....... you need $6000 to dig 5 feet down, cut a pipe and attach another??? Called an got a second quote for $800. Please do not waste your time with this company and read the reviews... I should have...

The plumber came out and she told me to go rent a machine at home depot cause she didn't want to do it herself. Then still charge me for coming to my house. Terrible service

I recently had an appointment with Benjamin Franklin plumbing and was very dissatisfied and disappointed with there service. Not only did they not keep the window that was given to me but there was no communication between them and I. I cancelled because they are very unreliable.

If i could leave minus I would. 450.00 plus 600.00 that is over $1,000.00 !!!!to unthaw a pipe on a water heater!!!. Deceptive, NO customer service overpriced. Will be reporting to BBB. They are vultures. Be warned. I had the job done by a competetor..price I paid $140.00!!!!!! pipe thawed out in 15 minutes.

I called for a leak and they told me it's the wax ring from what he can see.. after spending 30 seconds looking. He poked his head in my ceiling and had me flush the toilet and that was it. He quoted me $330 to REMOVE THE TOILET.. before any work. I'm sorry... but that's awful. I called royalty rooter and they'll do the job with removing the toilet and parts for under 75. This was my first AND LAST time calling this company.
