Spoke to Sarah today as I'm a landlord and have lots of properties that PM247 manage for me, Once again without fail the engineer arrived at the agreed time, He found the issue with the shower, it had tripped, he flicked it back on and tested it... All done £60.00 Charge... Very happy with the service

I can’t fault the friendly staff, I called in a panic due to a leak coming through my kitchen ceiling. They re assured me and kept me updated. The engineer arrived quickly and resolved the issue efficiently. I would recommend to anyone in an emergency. Thank you PM247

Booked a call out by phone, my call was answered very quickly, a price quoted and a call out arranged. I was kept informed as to what time a gas engineer would be at the house and he arrived within 2 hours. Our problem was resolved pretty quickly, payment was easy and as per the quote. Received a follow up phone call to check the work was done and to request my email address for the invoice, which I promptly received. Would use them again.

Terrible customer service - cancelled 3 times over a 10 day period, each time with less than an hour's notice before informing me I was 'out of area' so they couldn't serve me, despite being in the area and confirming details and offering a wide range of times. No apology for the wasted time and communication has been poor.

The fault to my boiler was fixed within 5 minutes. Just low air pressure in the boiler. The office then tried to charge me an extra fee of £234 whereas I had been told the call out fee was £110 plus vat unless parts needed replacing! I stood my ground and refused to pay the extra fee to which they then let me off as she couldn't explain what the extra fee was for! Would not recommend to anyone especially if living alone or elderly. They are con artists.
