Whatever you do stay well clear of this company as they are cowboy traders who are out to rip you off out of your hard earned cash after they got another company to attend the site which is care home and first quote us £300 pounds for the work but when asked about VAT they said £420 which if you can do your math does not add up, but when questioned about price the guy got really nasty with our receptionist and said that it was £350 + vat. When I tried to call the original company back that I first phoned in the morning the number did not ring out so I went back online and found a mobile number to which the same guy answered that I had spoken to that morning but claimed that he did not speak to me and that his company had folded several years earlier. The other company who actually attended site is called 3 Flow Drainage who I would also stay well clear of as they demand that you pay them up front before they actually carry out any work and if it wasn't for our smart thinking receptionist they would have just mugged us off for £420 without carry out any work. Don't say that you haven't been warned!! I have also now added them to the list that is kept by the citizens advice bureau which was brought into force by the the coalition government in 2014.
