Maintain A Drain

The guys came out, were very prompt and were extremely pleasant and professional throughout my dealings with them. They did a full drain survey and, talked me through the process and showed me the camera footage. Once the issue was identified and resolved, Lee contacted Wessex Water on my behalf and secured a visit from them. M.A.D were so good I recommended my neighbour have a survey there and then and they were able to diagnose a problem and recommend a fix that she could arrange herself at a lesser cost. They were really friendly guys and as contractors, In my view, extremely helpful and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

From the first phone call Maintain-a-Drain was better than the two other firms I contacted. The office manager gave prices up front and told me the timings. She followed through on the promise to call me on half an hour's notice, which she duly did (another firm did not and just appeared at the address!). The owner himself did the work, since they were busy he was out there on the vans to meet demand. He dealt with a potentially tricky blockage to our complete satisfaction, reassured us as to the general condition of the drain and gave us additional useful information. Payment and pricing all good no fuss. All very prompt and efficient, above and beyond. Very happy to recommend. PS. Since writing this review I also found out my boss at work used them as well and is also v happy with their work

Wonderfully helpful, went out their way to complete a task which other companies had taken a long time to do very little with. Good communication, good work and great to do business with. Use these if your drains are a problem in Bristol.

I dealt with Kelly a few times on the phone and she couldn't have been more helpful. Someone came out within a couple of hours and gave me some helpful tips about related plumbing problems, too! Service was efficient and straightforward.
