Rang penny lane plumbers to come and have a look at a leak from a boiler, very efficient informed of what needed doing and was happy fo them to do the work.... until the next day when i cancelled as the work was actually covered under warranty and the abuse and threats i receieved were disgusting!!! Avoid at all costs....

Just had a boiler installed by these guys they were fast and efficient with a competitive price to would recommend them to anyone

Come On time to install my new shower and did a good job for a fair price would recommend.

Give these cowboys a wide berth - overcharged for the call out - made the problem with my shower even worse - tried to charge me £450 for a new shower valve when it only needed a part costing £15!!! These guys haven’t a clue what there doing and they wildly overcharge - a very dangerous combination! DO NOT LET THEM NEAR YOUR HOUSE!!!!!!!!

Absolute con artists - they haven't got a clue what they're doing. Very aggressive, arrive late, rude and rob you blind for a small job. My 4 year old son knows more about plumbing than these cowboys. Avoid avoid avoid
