Very professional assessment and specification of what new gas boiler was required for a residential property, and subsequent installation by skilled personnel within the agreed timetable.
I have relied on this company for over 15 years. They have never let me down. They are the most efficient company I have ever dealt with and I would not hesitate to recommend them. If only more businesses were run like this, life would be so much easier. Thank you Progas! (I know this review sounds too good to be true but I really am a genuine customer.) Can you please start an Electrical business as well because that is a nightmare in London.
Very responsive and the work demonstrated Progas values its clients. If only others did the same. The technicians, Daniel and Harry, were excellent being efficient and tidy workers who didn't hang around. Their ability to get on with it was in part attitude, part no cigarette breaks and part that they weren't on the mobile all day, as we have experienced, which slows things down amazingly. Having seen many plumbers (we've done a good number of refurbs), we were impressed by the neat work ... and cleaning up after. Update Dec 2018. Progas has done more work since the original review and over four calls they continue to impress.
I found this company to be the most honest and best priced of all the quotes I requested. They did not try and force be to buy but advised me and helped me understand. I never felt pressurised. Derek was most helpful in me making a decision. The work carried out was spot on. The workmen were punctual, just got on with the job - didn't stop once - left the place clean. I really couldn't fault them. They bend over backwards to provide an excellent service. I rate them 100+% and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much Progas!
