Great customer service from start to finish. Terry arrived exactly as promised to service my gas boiler and even though it needed a new part this wasn’t too much trouble and carried out the repair there and then. Extremely reasonable rates and very professional service.
Terry is great. Anytime I have contacted Heating Solutions for work that I've needed done, he has always done his best to get a slot organised ASAP. We had a gas leak at one point - Terry was with us within the hour and sorted the problem right away. He is always extremely prompt. Very well priced as well. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. We will definitely be using Heating Solutions for our yearly services and anything else that comes up.
Would highly recommend Terry. Very efficient and reliable. I have used Heating Solutions NI for a while now for both mine and my parents houses. One gas boiler the other Oil boiler.
