It was easy to contact and if was relatively easy to make appointments (although we had to wait a few days on the next appointment). However the quality of the work was bad if not terrible. Rather than fixing the toilet on the first try and now also did not flush, we still had to pay for the hours made The person send out to us came across as a student and often had to ask in help. On the second try the toilet was actually fixed but put back without grouting (until I made a comment on this). We got no discount despite this being the second time and less hours having made than estimated. Nevertheless our toilet works now but we have paid much more money then needed. Altogether I would not use this service again.

Called to enquire about fixing a leaking tap. Jonathan was very rude over the phone and refused to help me.

Friendly, reasonably priced and did a good job.
