The whole team at Williams Croydon are absolutely fantastic and have always been happy to help me. The banter in the branch is always great and the atmosphere is happy and inviting. Highly recommend this place.

Terrible attitude from two memebers of staff. I am literally speechless how I was treated by two members of staff in a place that I have othen purchased boilers, plumbing materials etc in the past. I was questioned if I’m in the trade because I asked a simple question regarding a float valve (I would understand if I came across completely incompetent) however, I’m not particularly familiar with combi cylinders so I asked a simple question about the cost difference between an indirect cylinder and an direct cylinder as I’ve heard in the past that some plumbers buy the indirect instead as this is possible. The way the first member questioned me was so patronising, his excuse was that he cared about his job, which I absolutely respect but that shouldn’t mean being rude to people that want to spend money in your shop, the very people who if it wasn’t for them he wouldn’t even have a job) when I told him that I do more commercial work then domestic and that I have brought boilers from there in the past he just shrugged his shoulders. What was even worse and disgusting was that the second member of staff got involved and had the cheek tell me he’s never seen me in there before, I have loads of receipts that suggest otherwise, all be it not of late and never again, he himself has even served me, I know he doesn’t come across the brightest or smartest but I would have expected him to remember me. (Words can’t begin to describe how angry I am) I’m in and out of the Williams Crawley branch regularly who are respectable, professional and a likeable team. Sad to say the Croydon guys are shocking!!!

Has to be my all time favourite plumber's merchant. Not only is Williams a trusted brand offering unbeatable prices, online ordering and free next day delivery, but the Croydon branch is staffed by the nicest bunch of people who ever set foot behind any counter! Special mention for Abby who many a times jumped through hoops to ensure I had the the right parts I forgot to order.
