Sheldon had been recommended to me as someone who would get the job done promptly and professionally, but I was genuinely impressed by his dedication to doing the best job possible. The boiler in my flat had died a couple of days before Christmas - he came and assessed it on the 23rd, realized that it needed a replacement part, so not only managed to get the part but also fitted it in record time on the 24th.
