Great place , newly renovated , nice friendly helpful staff pretty much everything you need is in the place ????

Did major work in our home they hadnt completed relevant paperwork - no gas safe certificate no nothing. Not willing to do anything to resolve the problem because it was 'a long time ago' the only thing we ask for is the gas safety certificate which is required by law. The main guy in the shop promises to ring you back, and doesnt but yet still insists he tried but couldnt get through. Keeps repeating the problem doesnt want to offer a solution. Even after months of chasing for this he blamed us and said it was our fault we didnt have our paperwork in order?!! Bunch of cowboys. I would stay away!
