Easy to schedule an appointment. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I received texts alerts notifying me of the status. The technician called before and following service (I was not at home at the time). He was friendly, kind, prompt, and efficient. I received an email with details of next steps immediately following service.

My grandmother has a house in Grand Lake that we use sporadically, while during a family visit we had a catastrophic sewer back up. I’ll spare the details but Travis and Andraige bent over backwards and went above and beyond to solve our problem which was extensive. They were very courteous and sweet to my grandmother and helped her through and very stressful situation. They will definitely be our go to from now on.

I use GL Plumbing often and for about 20 years. Good response, great communication (text, emails, calls) before, during and after the service. Fixed my issue on the first and only visit.

Travis is extremely knowledgeable, conversant, willing to discuss options and provide his excellent thinking on options....above all, he is a credit to Grand Lake - someone I enjoyed working with and learning from. Deserve 0 stars. Called for an estimate to have a propane hot water heater replaced in Grand Lake. My home is located 5 minutes from their office. They gave me an estimate of $2400 to replace or pay $4300 for a tank less. Outrageous prices! No replacement in stock anyway! I was able to replace for under $900 by going elsewhere. They emailed me a $69.99 invoice for the estimate. Due upon receipt! I have already received 2 invoices in 1 wk. My check is in the mail. Give me a break!
