Having used Ian Jackson now on 6 different occasions and on different types of boilers and gas hobs, including our pool boiler I have to give him 10 out of 10 each time. He is very knowledgeable having had 30 years in the business and makes a crisis seem like a tea party! What I particularly like is that he did not look at the house and double the price. A very affable character with a great sense of humour.
