The tech responded quickly and took care of the needed repairs.
Protech was very nice and provided a thorough diagnosis of our water heater problems. The tech were communicative through the process and they provided pictures and bids before completing the work. We had some miscommunication on what was needed for our unit (my fault) and they called several times to walk through the process. Protech will not be the most affordable but I will say they are the most thorough.
