Fernandez Plumbing & Heating

I was visiting my in-laws last week when I discovered a broken hose bib that had been leaking water in-between the drywall. Not sure what I was going to need for parts, we called Fernandez Plumbing and they had a plumber to us within a couple hours. Preston was very professional and not only fixed the broken hose bib, he helped me bleed the pump as well. I highly recommend this company.

Called and Steve came over, looked at the job and would get back to me about schedule and cost. Approximately 2 months later, he called and said he just found the number again. Really!?! The house hadn't moved. Said he would call the Monday after Easter...still waiting! Found a great plumber and now he'll get the big job next spring! If you didn't want the job, just say so...no harm no foul. Don't waste your time with these folks unless you don't mind waiting!

Called the office three times to set an appointment. Was told Steve would call me back. When I didn't hear from him, I stopped by the office and talked to the owner. He set an appointment with me on the spot for three days later. But neither Steve nor the owner showed up. I had left two phone numbers with them, but they didn't call. Not sure if this is typical behaviour in Trinidad, but it is unprofessional. Do not recommend this company.

Very nice, returned phone call quickly. Was not able to help as they are booked. Was not able to provide availability near future. Glad I did not have an emergency. Thank you still ????

Steve was most helpful to us. My cousins and I needed a hot water tank and toilet fixed at my Aunt's house. We were not going to be in Trinidad many days. Steve made sure the hot water tank was there quickly. I know he had to drive to pick it up and we were very appreciative. His team works quickly and is very neat. The next day he called to make sure we were happy with the job. I had an unrelated problem of moving something to Trinidad Builders Supply. He graciously offered to help me. I could not be happier...just wish he worked close to where I live so I could call him for my own plumbing and heating problems! Thanks again Steve!
