Quoted for replacement boiler and gave date to complete the job. Everything was done on time and to the full satisfaction of the tenants. As the landlord this makes me not only satisfied but happy so well done Upperplumbers.

Excellent service given by Yari who is punctual, efficient, professional and very reasonably priced. Had a boiler serviced three times by Upper plumbers over the last few years, and minor issues with heating system have been all fixed and resolved without stress or hassle. I would definitely recommend Upperplumbers.

Asked Yari to sort out problem of zone 1 staying on. Tried changing motor of 2 way valve - that didn't work, so changed valve. His timing was impeccable and as the system now works, it seems from a layman point of view that his work is of high quality. I suppose in hindsight i would have preferred the valve to have been changed the first time as it would have saved me half. However changing the motor might have worked in which case i would have paid more by changing the valve in the first place. The problem I have is that I have no knowledge of how plumbing and heating system works. So at the end of the day, I have to decide if I trust the person fixing the system. And I can say I do trust Yari which is probably the best recommendation I can give.
